FAQs
Who comes to see you?
1
I specialize in working with individuals ages 12 and up who are navigating some of life’s biggest plot twists. This includes teens trying figure out who they are amidst school stress, young adults stepping into independence, and adults managing major shifts in careers, relationships, or daily routines. Whether you’re dealing with middle school anxieties, a massive schedule overhaul, or just an intense season of overthinking, I provide a comfortable space where we can figure out the next steps together.
What exactly is therapy, and how do I get started?
2
At its core, therapy isn’t about being “fixed,” because you aren’t broken. It’s a collaborative, low-pressure space where we look at the messy chapters or unexpected plot twists in your life and figure our how to navigate them together. Therapy is a process of discovering why you feel stuck, learning practical day-to-day tools to handle the stress, and and taking back the reins so you can move forward on your own terms.
Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call—I’m happy to walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
What makes you different?
3
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I’m definitely not here to lecture you or tell you how to live your life. You are the only person who is an expert on you. What makes working with me different is that this office/space is entirely collaborative and low-pressure. Think of me as an active co-pilot: you decide the destination, and I’m right there next to you helping to navigate the bumpy roads, untangle the chronic overthinking, and map out the practical steps to get you where you want to be.
